malai analyzes the business data you provide (POS exports, invoices, menus) and delivers profitability audits and ongoing insights for your restaurant or café, primarily by text message and shareable reports.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. Our insights are recommendations based on the data you give us — menu, pricing, and operational decisions, and their results, remain yours. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Access to your upload page and reports is through private links and verification codes sent to the phone number on file. Keep your links private; you are responsible for activity performed through them.
The initial profit audit is free, with no card required. Paid subscription terms, pricing, and any service guarantee are as stated on malai.ai at the time you subscribe.
Only upload data you have the right to share. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other restaurants' data, or use malai to send unlawful messages.
The service is provided "as is." Projected savings and profit figures are estimates, not guarantees of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid to malai in the three months before the claim.
